How to convert .mp4 files to .m4v on Mac for iTunes ?

I have an iMac and I know iTunes plays mp4's ok through QuickTime. Though what I am trying to achieve is the ability to use the file as a "Music Video" not a "Movie". I am getting the file in mp4 format, and then I want to convert it to an .m4v to put it in the Music Video section of iTunes. Is there any converters for Mac that will do this?
