If your circumstance belongs to one of the following, we will offer full refund as required after confirming your situations.


1. You haven’t received the registration code yet after two days.

2. You have purchased the same product twice and are not willing to switch to other products, we will refund to you for a repeated order.

3. You have purchased the wrong product by mistake. For instance, Mac users purchase the Windows version software. Then we will refund the wrong purchase after you have purchased the right one.

4. We cannot provide a clear deadline of solving your problem as you have required.

5. You have purchased the product by the mal-advertisement of our agency or the inadequate information of our company.

6. Failed to submit relevant product information due to our tool limitations.

7. With customer’s active cooperation, we still cannot provide effective solutions.

8. As we refund by order ID, so refund for single product in a pack will be processed under the condition that other programs in the pack have been repurchased.
